I was born and raised in Tucumán, Argentina. I graduated from the National University of Tucumán with a J.D. and practiced law in my home country. After immigrating to the United States, I obtained a license to practice law in California. I worked as a Deputy Public Defender in Tulare County, with prior experience as a paralegal, where I gained experience in misdemeanor and felony offenses, as well as defending juveniles.

When I moved to San Mateo County in 2014, I opened my office there and handled all types of cases, from misdemeanors to felonies, violent crimes, gang cases, domestic violence, robbery and drug cases, as well as attempted homicides, and currently a homicide. I have also handled expungement proceedings, as well as motions to dismiss and vacate guilty pleas. I have handled mental health-related issues and have advocated in specialized courts on behalf of my clients so they can obtain the necessary treatment and prevent situations that could lead to the commission of crimes. I have solid trial experience, as well as research and writing experience, which has allowed me to achieve success in the pre-trial stages, whether by truncating the accusation in the early stages of the case or revealing the lack of evidence supporting the allegations. I am fluent in Spanish and understand the differences between the American legal system and the implementation and principles that govern the system in South America.
